BENATECH has been providing business solutions for our clients since 1980, both within the United States and internationally. BENATECH provides three types of business solutions for our clients.

  • Leadership and Management Training — Proven, practical, real-world based training programs to enhance leadership skills and grow new leaders.

  • Consulting Services — Confidential, trusted advisor to management on critical issues such as staffing, teamwork, coaching, personality conflicts, dealing with difficult people, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and other key management issues.

  • Interim Management — Interim management team member to startup new projects, turnaround troubled projects or manage existing projects.

Benatech's Course Offerings

Conceived and conducted under the precept that the fundamental purpose of any business training program is to achieve a positive change in performance back on the job, BENATECH's courses are designed to deliver practical, real-world business skills that participants can take back to their job and make a difference. Each course is designed to ensure active involvement of the participants. The result is a set of courses in which the participants are an integral part of the learning process, not just observers of it. Courses include lecture, discussion, videos, case studies, role plays and simulation of real-world situations. Additionally, when appropriate, classes include leadership and personality style assessment instruments. The content and length of courses can be modified to suit your particular needs.

Every business has issues that do not respond to standard solutions. BENATECH is often retained to provide that detached, impartial look at those issues and recommend creative solutions so the business can focus on its primary missions. Serving as confidential, trusted advisors to management on critical issues such as staffing, teamwork, coaching, personality conflicts, dealing with difficult people and other key management functions, BENATECH finds solutions missed by conventional thinking.

Benatech's Interim Management Services

BENATECH provides experienced consultants to serve as interim management for our client companies. Our seasoned professionals have been retained to startup new projects, turnaround troubled projects or manage existing projects. When the mission has been accomplished, we help interview for our replacement and work with our clients to hire a permanent manager at the appropriate time.
